URUS AND THE GHERKIN OF LONDON: BETWEEN DESIGN AND FUNCTIONALITY

The Gherkin of London, one of the most admired symbols of the City, is the perfect setting for the shapes of Lamborghini Urus. The characteristic cone shape of the building, designed to reduce atmospheric turbulence, perfectly blends in with the strong personality of the Super SUV capable of exploring any terrain.

With its 41 floors and 180-meter height, the Gherkin was completed in 2003 by the firm Foster and Partners and uses extremely innovative energy savings methods. Its pipes extract the hot air from the building during the summer to cool it and heat the building in the winter using a passive solar heating system.

Design and functionality create a perfect alliance for the building, which reverberates the visionary approach of Lamborghini Urus: the only vehicle created to combine the soul of a super sports car with the functionality of a SUV.
