Lamborghini presents FEELOSOPHY, a Well-Being program that puts people at the center and is the ideal synthesis of the company’s holistic approach to people care.
The project is based on three solid pillars – Body, Mind, Purpose – and promotes initiatives aimed at cultivating the growth and well-being of people from the perspective of listening and continuous improvement, highlighting issues of primary importance for the company such as inclusion and diversity.
Among the initiatives designed for parenting and for physical and mental well-being, the FEELOSOPHY program aims to promote creating community and opportunities for meeting and discussion through Podcasts and Talks that increase employee engagement, strengthening their sense of belonging and team spirit.
This is not the first time that the Sant’Agata Bolognese-based company has chosen to focus on the well-being of its employees. In fact, Lamborghini has always put people at the center of its business concept, a vision that led to the establishment of the Lamborghini People Care program in 2013, of which the FEELOSOPHY project is the natural evolution.
